Please bring your pet to the hospital before 9:00 AM if he/she is scheduled for any procedure requiring sedation or anesthesia.

Unless instructed otherwise, it generally is best not to feed your pet breakfast that morning.

Do NOT withhold water. Water is OK.

Be sure to leave a telephone number so we may contact you.

New clients establishing a record are required to present a government issued picture ID.

Please restrain pets on your lap, in a carrier, or on a leash while in the reception area and exam rooms.  If possible, keep sick pets in your car until called for. A leash is provided for your use.

Pets will be discharged only during consultation hours (8-12 and 3-6).  This protects you, and in addition, enables us to be sure proper instructions and medications are issued. Pets will NOT be discharged after the hospital is closed for the night.
