Our medical staff has been trained to
answer many questions that arise. If they
are unable to answer your questions satisfactorily,
the doctor on duty will be glad to talk with
you, or if necessary, return your call.
Inquiries concerning hospitalized pets
should be made after 9:00 AM. If your pet
has an unexpected change of a critical nature,
you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Visiting sick patients is permitted at
the discretion of the doctor treating your
pet. Although visits are often warranted
and encouraged, consideration of the welfare
of our patients comes first.
Except for emergencies the hospital is
closed after the hours listed and on some
holidays. It is still attended for the purpose
of feeding, treating, and caring for pets
in the building.
For reasons of sanitation and orderliness,
it is requested that personal belongings,
such as collars, leashes, toys, or bedding
NOT be left with your pet or with the hospital.
We provide bedding when appropriate.
We cannot be responsible for loss of or
damage to personal belongings.
All dogs and cats left at our hospital
must have current inoculations, or vaccine
will be given when admitted. This policy
is enforced to assure protection for all.
