UPDATE: all our orange kitties have found fur-ever homes!
Haven't you heard??? Orange is the new black! We have three male orange kittens and their orange momma who were abandoned on our door step this week. We want to do what we can to help pets in our community, so they will all be spayed/neutered and receive their first vaccines and deworming. They will also go home with a goodie bag of kitten food, the first dose of Revolution and lots of information for their new humans! Please stop by TODAY and see if one of these orange furballs of love will fit into your family!
Zen is an adult, male neutered, very sweet and affectionate indoor cat who belonged to an elderly gentleman and needs to be rehomed. Please call us for further details!
Update: Zen found a furever home!
UPDATE: Jasper found his fur-ever home!
Jasper is an almost 8 year old terrier mix who was rescued from the Guilford County Animal Shelter when he was about a year old. He is housebroken, crate trained, and perfectly trained to the electric fence. He is good with other dogs but untested with cats. Jasper loves his family!! Because of that he is very territorial if strangers are in the yard or house--such as repairmen, etc. He gets very agitated and can be nippy. He doesn't actually bite. Other than with strangers, he is very affectionate, loving and a lap sitter. Jasper loves to go for walks and is still an active guy for his age.
Jasper would do well in a home where it is more calm than chaotic. He has been good with kids as long as they don't have food that he can get to. He responds to basic commands but is still working on taking a treat "nice".
He has always had regular vet care and is in excellent health.
Jasper would make a very loving and loyal pet. The only reason he needs a new home is due to a move across country and into an apartment.
Come visit Jasper today!
Update: Lucy has found her furever home!
Hello, my name is Lucy! Somehow I made my way into the middle of a busy road in Greensboro! I was so scared, but thankfully a good samaritan rescued me and brought me to the good people at Greensboro Veterinary Hospital. I am an approximately 8 week old, female Chihuahua/Dachshund mix and appear to be healthy, and am very sweet. Will you be my new furever family? Come visit me at GVH today!
